Did you know your brain creates waste all day and gets rid of waste all night? Not enough sleep may be a key to Alzheimer’s disease research.
“The brain uses a quarter of the body’s entire energy supply, yet only accounts for about two percent of the body’s mass. So how does this unique organ receive and, perhaps more importantly, rid itself of vital nutrients? New research suggests it has to do with sleep.”
Ohh, I really need to get better and more sleep! 😀

Judy,
I’m fortunate, I sleep sound and rarely have problems going to sleep. At times, not often, if I’m wound up, I take either Hyland’s Calms Forte, or Calms Homeopathic tablets.
