I tend toward the depressive end of the “depression vs anxiety” scale. There are very few things, besides snakes, heights and being suspended in the air in gondolas, that make me anxious. I rarely worry about them . . . unless I’m on a hike in the mountains, it’s rattlesnake season and the only way I can get down is a gondola ride.
After watching this video . . . I’m worried that I don’t worry enough . . .
Whew, It all makes sense now. I am so relieved. I fit this profile to a “T”. Now I can stop worrying about worrying so much. As I think about that, I don’t know if I can stop worrying about how I can stop worrying about how much I worry. Oh Well!

If you are going to stop worrying about how much you worry that you don’t don’t enough you might lower your IQ according to the video . . . but I wouldn’t worry about it
